About Them: Tyler Crowley is one of Bella Swan’s classmates. In Twilight he nearly hits Bella with his van when he hit an ice patch in the school parking lot, but Bella is saved by Edward. Afterward, Tyler is desperate to make it up to her and bombards her with constant apologies and asks Bella to prom, to which she refuses ardently. He however mistakenly assumes she will go to the prom with him and tells the rest of the school. Only when he hears from Edward that Bella will be unavailable to anyone but himself does Tyler get the point. His constant attention towards Bella causes Lauren, who is interested in Tyler, to resent Bella. Lauren’s hatred towards Bella only grows during the saga and causes a rift between the two friends.

Their Early History: Due to being human, there is no past for Tyler Crowley. Only the future lies ahead of him.

Career: Gregory Boyce just started off his major motion picture career with the role of Tyler Crowley, one of Bella Swan’s classmates, in Twilight released in November 2008. He is anticipated to return and again play Tyler in the upcoming New Moon due out November 2009.

About Them: Gregory Tyree Boyce grew up the oldest of four siblings. While growing up he moved around all of California and developed a great appreciation for the diversity of life and life itself. His family was in some rough times while Greg was growing up, but he never lost his humor and charisma. With his outgoing personality Greg was not afraid of crowds and performing. This is what made him audition for Twilight and land the role of Tyler Crowley in the film. Greg says his own inspiration is from his own father who "found his own way off the streets" and has now become a successful assistant director in the film industry. With his father's ability to open doors for Gregory, he has found is true calling so he believes.
