Taylor Lautner, who plays Jacob Black in the Twilight Saga is ready to prove doubters wrong. Worried about Taylor not physically fitting the part of Jacob as a werewolf in New Moon, fans and critics said he needed to go. Lautner has not remained idle towards these concerns.
In fact, his mission has been to become the best possible candidate for Jacob Black. Taylor has been hitting the gym regularly to bulk up and put his younger boyish days behind him. Now at over 30lbs of added muscle to his once smaller frame, Launter as Jacob Black is ready to take on the mind reading vampire of Edward Cullen.
"The quote I love the most is Jacob's quote, 'Does my being half-naked bother you?'" says Lautner. "That quote cracks me up! Because you know, that's when he's shirtless, not wearing a top - we'll have to wait to see what he looks like."

I have that same shirt, from guess! but Im still a little confused how he gained 30lb of lean muscle, body builders train for years and take asnabolics and would be lucky to gain 30 lbs of muscle within 4-5 years of heavy lifting! seems like he might have gained 10-15 TOPS and when u gain muscle u gain fat then lose the fat to look ripped, law of building muscle! the diet needs to be big to grow, but fat is also gained, two steps forwrd one step back kinda thing. I think they gave him something anabolic, if not the they lie about 30lbs and really was 10-15 of water retention in the muscle

omg I can't believe how many girls spend their time commenting and arguing how hot taylor launter is, I do agree, but I'm not completely obsesed like some of these other girls comments.
Who cares what taylor's doing to get in shape, its his body, his choice. If someone told you if you don't gain 30 pounds of muscle in a little amount of time, in order to shoot the film that will lanch your career, would you not do whatever was nessicary, like taylor. Cut him somme slack. It hard enough being an actor with everyone knowing your life, including the papprrizzi. Taylor has made many good achievments in his life, and I hope people will see more of him in the future.

Oh and btw, the twilight cast and crew are doing an amazing job with the movie. When twilight first came out, all my friends told me I had to see it, but I was like heck no, a movie with vampiers sounds gay. Then I finally gave the movie a chance, and was amazed by how much I was into the movie, and how much action and different themes it had to it. Congrats Twilight cast and crew, you forever changed my mine about vampiers. :) (the same person that wrote the one comment above, wrote this)
