Yes, there was no doubt in my mind that New Moon would be setting records with its release at midnight.
And sure enough, sources say that New Moon broke the all-time midnight box office record, raking in $26.27M from 3,514 theaters and toppling out The Dark Knight's $18.4M midnight debut for a 3-day weekend. These numbers easily surpass midnight-showing numbers for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which took in $22.2M on a Tuesday night.
I'm very anxious to see the opening-weekend numbers!

I helped with that. lol I was there to see twilight and new moon!! I'm glad I did. :) I can just imagine what they are going to bring in over the weekend! Can't wait to see that! My brother say they are not going to break Dark Knight but they so did. lol

Got my money and I went back again today. It was so good. I can't believe the critics don't like it. But what do they know.
