Christian Serratos Interview
OMGCelebrityNews.com: How was it different filming with Catherine, different than filming with Chris?
Christian Serratos: Um.. There’s a huge difference, um, Catherine was awesome she gave me the opportunity, she allowed me to work on this project so I owe her everything. She was… No one knew what she was doing but she had such a specific vision I don’t think you could understand if you wanted to. She, she was so eccentric and so cool and just so fun to be around and you felt so at ease hanging out with her.
And then, Chris Weitz he made sure we all were on what we were supposed to be doing. And then when we got there we all got like 20 pages, um just this little pamphlet that was like, and you think with him being in so in order would be kind of up-tight, but he’s so chill and so relaxed and he’s funny on top of it. Like you feel like your hanging out with one of your friends, so we had this huge pamphlet that we expected him to be very, very, very strick, and it was just joke after joke, after joke. But listen lets get down to work you know. They were both kind of like kids, but they had a different work ethic.

Jackson Rathbone Divulges About New Moon
In a recent interview with Starlog, Jackson Rathbone willing talked about and gave fans another glimpse of what to expect of New Moon:“TWILIGHT was one of Summit’s first films [as a fully independent studio],” he says while relaxing on the set of a forthcoming project. “So it was like a bigger-budget indie movie, and it felt like an indie film—just the way we were all making the film together and the way Catherine Hardwicke directs. It was a really fun vibe on the set. It was also a little bit stressful because as we kept filming, the press and the fans kept getting more into it and all these websites started popping up and TWILIGHT Moms and all these things. It was amazing. It was like, ‘Oh, wow! This is going to be something else.’
“We started making this movie and people were already loving TWILIGHT and it wasn’t even out yet. It was six months to its release, and it was like people were already lining up at movie theaters. That was an experience in and of itself that I wasn’t really prepared for. But I’m thankful for it, because the fans are so supportive of what we do, and as an actor, you need an audience. I’ve done Shakespeare in Texas in front of an audience of three people. When everybody on stage outnumbers everybody in the audience by a lot, that’s when you’re like, ‘Uh-huh…’ So it’s really nice to get to play to such a big audience.”
But after TWILIGHT’s tremendous success and exposure, can NEW MOON still have that same sort of indie feel? “It does kind of,” Rathbone replies. “We definitely have a bigger budget and more pressure to keep that feeling going. The nice thing is that in NEW MOON we get to delve more into the story. Still, TWILIGHT has always been my favorite [of the books], because it takes you into this realm. It takes you from reality into this fantasy-reality, and it makes that fantasy more real.
“But as the films progress, you get deeper into the aura of that mythical world that you establish with the werewolves and getting more into the vampire society and their legacy. It keeps getting deeper. That’s the great thing about being in the TWILIGHT franchise: You get to grow with the story and have the characters develop. [When you’re an actor in a standalone movie], you only have two hours to develop your character. But when you have three films, you get six hours. It’s like you can go anywhere and everywhere. And that’s a blessing as an actor.”

I rollerskated my butt off for 8 hours ( at the world on wheels rollerskating rank in La, not the safest looking place in the world ) and "had" (haha I was paid to kiss my boyfriend, such hard work ) to kiss my boyfriend about 15 times. Michael Welch Talks New Moon

MW: Vancouver is one of my favorite cities, not only to film in but just to be in. I’ve shot a few different things over there over the past 10 years. I mean, Portland is great, there’s some great poetry and a great book store up there, but Vancouver, there’s just something about the way the city feels… That’s just the differences in the city, the differences in the films themselves, I mean, totally different. By the time “New Moon” rolled around, we tried to keep it as big a secret as we could [our locations], but it was impossible because all it took was one person to spot Rob or Taylor on the street and in 20 minutes there were hundreds of people there and there was paparazzi there and you know, it was just much more of an ordeal.
BLAST: Speaking of Portland, are you going to be at the Twilight Vampire Baseball Event?
MW: Over the July 4th weekend? Yeah yeah, it’s for charity, it’s a Make-A-Wish event.
MW: I won some sort of environmental award for some reason a couple years back… I guess since I drive a Prius or something. I mean a made a couple of environmental videos.
The main charity I’ve been with is Kids with a Cause, and we’re a multi-cause charity, but the ultimate goal is to help kids in need. We started out as a local charity, visiting like, orphanages, burn centers, etc. Now we’re trying to go international and help kids that need some of the basic fundamental things in life so they can pursue their own happiness. It’s been very rewarding
MW: There has been a little bit of Team Mike that I’ve seen. I’ve seen a couple t-shirts, but it was mostly my friends making fun of me [laughs]. I do get people every now and then telling me they are on Team Mike.
BLAST: If you had to pick a side, would you really be Team Mike, or choose between Edward and Jacob? Or are you contractually obligated like I’m guessing Kristen is to be ambiguous?
MW: I actually… between Edward and Team Jacob, I’m actually Team Jacob. I like Edward, but I… and I think it’s more of a gender thing more than anything else. I think Jacob represents more of a practical relationship, so I’d go Jacob -– but if there is a legitimate Team Mike that emerges, I will be happy to join it.
MW: You know, [laughs] one thing that I used to do was go into the local high school with my car with my friend in the passenger seat and do really lame donuts and stuff and every now and then I’d get into little shenanigans like that. The most dangerous thing I did as a kid was, my grandma lived in the senior center, well not a senior center, more of a neighborhood. [Laughs] This is just so lame I can’t believe I’m telling you, anyway, and kids weren’t allowed to walk around unattended so my cousin and I would just walk around and avoid security.
BLAST: That’s pretty bad ass.
MW: Oh now that I think of it –- when I was a kid, I actually grew up in a mobile home and there was actually what I later discovered to be meth lab right across from me. My neighbor and I would play cops and bad guys and we would spy on them and follow them around and stuff because we knew they were bad, but we had no idea.
BLAST: So has that ass shaking dance [from outside of the diner in “Twilight”] always won you the girls?
MW: Oh sure, that thing has followed me around like you wouldn’t believe [laughs]. No, nothing like that ever seemed to work in real life. I was similar to Mike Newton in high school — I hope I wasn’t that annoying — but that was my angle: “I’m the quirky guy, love me please.” But that never quite worked.
MW: You know it’s a tricky thing when you try and turn a book into a movie because a movie is only two hours and there’s only so much you can fit in, but yeah, what they originally did was they took that moment between Jacob and Bella and put it in a different scene of the movie. Luckily Taylor and Kristen lobbied that scene for me to Chris Weitz saying it absolutely had to be in, and it’s a good scene. They weren’t really lobbying for me, it’s just, how can you not have that scene in there? Yeah, so I was really happy to hear that, and it was great for me because I got to do Mike’s best scene in the book.
MW: Well I can tell you that Justin Chon actually has 3 nipples.
MW: Yeah. [Laughs] It’s funny, because that’s the thing everyone’s looking for, something to say, but these are pretty uncontroversial people.
BLAST: I guess that’s why pictures of the cast smoking cigarettes on set became some big scandal?
MW: Yeah, that’s about as scandalous as it gets.

New Moon Calendar
A new image of the 2010 Twilight Saga: New Moon wall calendar has given fans a glimpse of how the Cullen family will be looking in their second outing on the silver screen.Elizabeth Reaser (Esme), Ashley Greene (Alice), and Robert Pattinson (Edward) are sporting new hairstyles and colours. It's good to know the production crew have completely ignored the undead-don't-change aspect of the books ̶ though it's not likely to escape fans' notice. No doubt there'll be a logical explanation for Edward's locks mysteriously getting shorter, and it won't just be blamed on Pattinson getting bored of his now iconic head of hair.

Rachelle Lefevre Talks Twilight

"They have fantastic chemistry together on-screen and you know that's the kind of thing that becomes the source of rumours," Lefevre says.
"People want them to be together. People would love to hear that -- that they fell in love on the set and so they read that into everything they see.
"But all I've seen are two people who have beautiful chemistry on-screen and are bonded. Kristen, before Twilight, already had a huge resume and had worked with some heavy-hitters, but she had also flown under the radar.
"And Rob, he was in Harry Potter (and the Goblet of Fire), so he had some experience with fame, but it was nothing remotely like this. So when two people go through that experience together -- the fandom and everything -- it's going to bond them."
How is Pattinson adjusting to life under the microscope?
"He's got a really good sense of humour. I've seen him frazzled, but when there were eight paparazzi chasing you and it's just you, it can be scary."
Almost as frightening perhaps as switching directors mid-stream between sequels.
Usually when a film succeeds, a studio clings to its creator. But in the case of New Moon, Catherine Hardwicke is out, replaced by Chris Weitz (The Golden Compass).
"It could have been bad," Lefevre admits. "But I think because Harry Potter went through it first to their benefit, we were like, 'The Potter kids went through a director shift and they were okay, so we'll be okay too.'
A third transition will happen later this year in Vancouver when another director, David Slade (30 Days of Night), takes the reins of the next sequel Eclipse.
"It's perfect timing for David because Eclipse is darker than the other two. There's more action. It's not a horror movie, but it is darker."

Robert Pattinson Hit By Cab

RadarOnline.com witnessed the Twilight star get clipped by a cab around noon in front of the Strand Bookstore on Broadway and 12th Street.
He was not hurt.
A team of five security guards were trying to fend off a crowd of teenaged girls when Robert was leaving the bookstore.
It was pouring rain as they tried to hustle him quickly across the busy street to the safety of his trailer.
Some of the teen girls were hysterical and Robert rushed across the road. As he did so, a taxi grazed him. The cabbie slammed on his brakes as soon as he realized what had happened.
It appeared as if the cab hit Rob in the hip. He stood there for a moment looking stunned. The bodyguard next to him checked if he was okay and then screamed and the fans: "You see what you did, you almost killed him!"

Kristen & Joan Jett New Pals?
Walking along side-by-side, Kristen has been trying to pick up pointers from the rock legend as she readies to portray her in the new biopic film.
Kristen says that she has been a fan of Joan Jett for a long time: “I’ve been listening to [Jett’s] music all the time; I spent New Year’s with her,” Kristen told MTV. “I am just trying to make myself aware of the time period and what she was going through.”
Jackson Rathbone Talks New Moon

He then talked about the major differences with the production on the sequel. "We have a bigger budget, we have a little more pressure to keep that feeling going, but the nice thing is that you're delving more into the story now with 'New Moon,'" he said. "As the films progress, you get deeper into the lore and they mythical world you're establishing with the werewolves and get more into what the werewolf society and legacy is. It keeps getting deeper."
We wondered if he noticed a big difference with the vibe on set having a new director with Chris Weitz replacing Hardwicke and with the added pressure of making a sequel to such a big hit. "Whenever we got back to film 'New Moon,' the first day I was back, all the cast was hanging out in Peter Facinelli's room and it was just like a family reunion. It was like we'd been away for a month; it didn't seem like a year. It was just really nice to kind of get back together and have that family environment. In terms of having a new director, nothing really changed too much. It was just a different subtle vibe, because the director manages the energy on set. It was great. We all wanted to come together and make another great piece of art for the fans. It's really about what they want to see, because they're the ones buying the tickets."
He did say that the recent trailer didn't show the entire scene of him getting thrown into the piano, but that he did get to do a lot more of his own stunts in the movie. "That's only the beginning of it. They didn't show the entire thing. It's gonna be a really action-packed movie."
Once he's done making both movies, Rathbone is also producing his first movie called Girlfriend, which will be directed by newcomer Justin Lerner, who has had a couple shorts at Sundance, as well as recording a new album with his band 100 Monkeys.
Kellan Lutz on A Nightmare on Elm Street

As the Twilighters know, Emmett Cullen is a pretty tough dude -– and Lutz is no slouch himself. So, although the actor seems destined to be another of Freddy’s ill-fated teens, we’re hoping he’ll at least put up a pretty good fight.
“It’s very similar to [the original], but with new characters,” Lutz explained, assuring us that he’s not stepping into the role originated by Johnny Depp or anything. “It’s a lot of fun, and it’s actually pretty spooky to be on the set, on location seeing what we’re working with… you walk into these locations and it’s like, you’ve gotta watch your back.”
“It’s a really great cast, and the script is great,” Lutz said of the film, which hits theaters next April and stars Jackie Earle Haley as the new Freddy Kreuger. “It’s been great working with Jackie and Thomas [Dekker] and Katie [Cassidy] and Rooney [Mara], and Jackie is a really nice guy — but he’s gonna do a great job doing Freddy.”

Bella's Dream Man
I wrote this due to my involvement with TB.net and becoming intimately involved with the story lines in the Twilight Saga books, the tragic events in the lives of some of my friends, and the story line of my own life. I was inspired to write this this morning while I had some drive time as I contemplated life and the world going on around all of us. Hope you enjoy as I think this is perfect for Bella's point of view in New Moon. That is, minus the part about another woman-that has to do with the lives of real people, however, I have already edited some of it to keep it closer to Bella's story.-----------
I thought he was the man of my dreams. He is the man of my dreams. Together the world was right and he was mine. I was loved like never before and had never experienced. While as living beings we were flawed, I still believed him to be the man who would run the race of life with me and push me in my dreams and aspirations. He made me smile, laugh, and take a simpler view of life. Life seemed to move slowly yet also went by like a freight train, it was bliss. But whether suddenly or over the slow creep of time I lost this man. While we were still together the man of my dreams was lost to me. A wall appeared, and no matter how hard I looked around, tried to tear it down, tried to look over, or look through, this wall blocked me from him. As the time went on my love did not fade but I faded to the point where I felt I had lost myself, because the man of my dreams had faded from my sight. He was there by my side but I could not reach him. Eventually we were done and separated, for my part this was not due to lack of love, he had my heart. And within a few painful weeks the man of my dreams was back in the arms of other woman. The little piece of my heart that had survived was torn. The man of my dreams had never had anything special with me. I apparently had been a time killer. How could I have gotten it so wrong? I now drive reaching for his hand, I cry leaning waiting for his shoulder to reappear, and look behind me to see if he is there. I miss the quirky antics, the phone always ringing. But he is gone. I've been told that in time the pain and anger leave but now between my heart, head, and the world I can't believe its true. They all have three different stories and I don't know which to believe, because I feel in my heart that I've lost the man of my dreams. I feel cold towards the world and life, and cold things can't love. I stare gazelessly across the wide open plains and wonder what I missed or how I should have done something differently. Yet, I allow no one close to me. My life choices were my own, and yet somehow I can't understand the tragedies of life. But still...he left me. Whether it was by word or deed, HE left me.
Rob Pattinson Attacked By Fan
Several wesbites have now reported an incident between Rob Pattinson and an overzealous fan. Read these two accounts:Robert Pattinson just cannot get a break where his fans are concerned - a certain sector of overzealous fans that is. Pattinson cannot even have lunch while in Cannes without a riot of 700 people taking place, and now it is obvious that he cannot even take a walk without it posing a security threat to his personal safety. The New Moon star walked down the streets of New York city where he was greeted by a group of crazed Twilight fans, and one woman even grabbed his neck. Of course, this is not representative of the way the majority of Twilight fans would react, however, nothing good can come from this type of reaction.
TwilightPoison:
This is absolutely embarrassing to witness and to report. But we report news even if they’re not always pretty. This woman is seriously an embarrassment to fans of Rob and Twilight everywhere and in general. Not only is she (an adult) invading the set WHILE HE’S WORKING (being ever so creepy by dressing up like him too), but she’s actually getting physicall and throwing her arms around his neck, when he’s clearly not expecting it, probably hurting him or at the very least, creeping him the h- out. How about some respect, lady? To Rob and to yourself? Not only are you acting like a dumb-, but you’re acting like a dumb- who needs a tranquilizer dart too and a man following you around with a giant butterfly net. You’re also putting yourself in a position in which a stranger, random employee man has to put his hands on you (something a girl should never allow), to restrain you and make you behave and stop acting like a frigging ape. Have you no dignity? Have you no class? How about respecting other people’s work time and, um, that thing people call PERSONAL SPACE? Get some counciling or at least a healthier hobby.
Please guys, if you’re considering creeping around the set at least be respectful of his space and work. And don’t embarrass yourself? Like Lainey said, what do you think it’s gonna happen? Do you think he’ll say “What cool girl! She put her hands all over me and interrupted my work? Let me give her my number, we’re SOULMATES!”. You do understand what his job is all about, right? He’s acting and what these fans are doing is a major distraction for him and his co-stars.

Follow the Stars in Vancouver
Sutton Place Hotel: This was reportedly the abode for most of the cast, including Kristen Stewart (12th floor) and Nikki Reed (9th floor). Most likely they also hung out in the hotel's dark and cozy Gerard Lounge (where Pierce Brosnan, Ben Affleck and Arnold Schwarzenegger have been spotted in the past). And it's a good bet that they booked an appointment or two at the in-house Vida Spa. Several years ago, I spotted two stars in one afternoon at the hotel: Tom Arnold (he tipped his baseball cap at me) and James Van Der Beek (accompanied by a very large Dalmatian).
Insider Tip: The Sutton Place Hotel has a Chocoholic Bar, the city's only all-you-can-eat chocolate buffet. It includes luscious cakes, pastries, pies, sorbets and ice creams and its signature Brittany crepes.
Glowbal Grill and Satay Bar: This popular Yaletown spot was a favorite of Robert Pattinson. He was often seen dining here alone or with other cast members, two or three times a week during filming. Rob even celebrated his birthday at Glowbal on May 13 with Kristen Stewart and Ashley Green. The trio reportedly sipped the bar's signature drink, the Glowbal cocktail; dined on Glowbal's's famous Kobe meatballs and truffled spaghetti; and finished with warm chocolate coffee cake and white chocolate mousse.
Insider Tip: AFTERglow is the restaurant's 50 seat lounge, located just down the hall from the main dining room. It features a smaller tasting menu, and the decor is slightly sleeker with sultry fabrics and cool, smooth tunes.
Blue Water Cafe + Raw Bar: Another hot Yaletown destination, Blue Water hosted the entire cast for the New Moon wrap party and Eclipse kick-off party. The event was attended by all the cast members along with Stephenie Meyer (author of the Twilight books), Rachelle Lefeyre, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Michael Sheen and Dakota Fanning.
Insider Tip: Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards honored Blue Water Cafe + Raw Bar with numerous honors, including Best Seafood, Gold; Restaurant of the Year, Silver; Best Formal Japanese, Silver; Best Service, Bronze; Sommelier of the Year, Andrea Vescovi; Platinum Wine List Award, Vancouver Playhouse International Wine Festival.
Other star sightings around Vancouver:
-Kristen Stewart and Nikki Reed were seen shopping on Robson Street
-Jamie Campbell Bower Twittered about his visit to the Vancouver Art Gallery
-Cast members attended live music gigs at Richards on Richards and Metropole
-Kristen and Robert were seen hanging out here with friends at a private suite at the Opus Hotel
Robert Pattinson Up for Jeff Buckley Role
Oh yes, more movies for the new Brad Pitt, Rob Pattinson. Robert Pattinson is one of the 2 actors up for the role of Jeff Buckley in the upcoming biopic. According to ABC News, the role is down to Robert Pattinson vs. James Franco.Jeff Buckley, was son of musician Tim Buckley, who was popular in the ’90s playing cover songs in the East Village before focusing on his own material. In 1997, Jeff accidentally drowned in Memphis at the age of 30. Jeff only had one studio album, so several songs were released posthumously, including his cover of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” which earned him chart success even a decade after his death.

Interview with David Slade
Here is a pretty neat interview with Eclipse director, David Slade:“One of the cool things about shooting a movie based on a book is that it is not a film the studio can really change,” he tells us. “Not that the studio would want to change anything, of course!” David promises that they will stick close to the book – there is no sense in changing the story at all.' Hit the jump for more.
What will differ about Slade’s Twilight? “I don’t really know. We haven’t even started shooting yet.” While the director says he has a basic idea of what he wants to do with it, he is more concerned with telling a good story than being “different.” “It is darker, and there is a lot more action than the previous two,” he admits. “The third book is from Bella’s point of view, but the film will be more objective.” And just how will he do that? “We are going to focus on the origin stories of several characters, like Jacob, and show how Bella will decide between Edward and Jacob.”
David didn’t read the books until the studio was interested in bringing him in – then he did his homework. “It was tough for a middle-aged man to get into,” he admits, “since they are written for 15-year-old girls. But once I got past that, I found them to be quite good books, and a great story.” He is especially excited about the great script from Dexter writer/producer Melissa Rosenberg. Right now, they are still in preproduction, with plans to start shooting later in the year.
When asked about his list of genre credits (including 30 Days of Night, Hard Candy, and mind-bending music videos for bands such as Aphex Twin, Stone Temple Pilots, and System of a Down), Slade admits to being a genre fan. “How many other chances do you get to create your own world from scratch?” He also tells us: “When I first got cable, I watched FEARnet constantly. I really loved Midnight Meat Train. I wanted to direct it – the studio sent me the script – but in the end I was a little too late.” While nothing post-Eclipse is written in blood, he is looking at a few other projects, all in the horror/fantasty/sci-fi genre.

Coldplay on New Moon Soundtrack?
A fan recently asked the “Oracle” on the official Coldplay site whether the song, The Scientist, by Coldplay would be featured in New Moon, as it was on Stephenie Meyer’s New Moon soundtrack playlist. The official “Oracle” did not commit to any specific song, yet, it did say that:"It’s very likely that a Coldplay song will end up on the soundtrack to the Twilight sequel given that Stephenie Meyer has credited Coldplay, amongst others, on the inner sleeve for “being instrumental in staving off the writer’s block."
Vamp-Off

Recently two of True Blood’s stars spoke to Interview magazine and weighed in on whether or not the vampires of their show could ever live together in a perfect little vampire universe. Check out their answers after the jump.
One of the show’s cast, Mehcad Brooks, gave his thumbs up at the idea of a union: “Of course. It’s not like the democrats and the republicans. Twilight is amazing. Jackson Rathbone and Edi Gathegi from the film are friends. But I think our vamps are the ones the adults watch when they tuck the kiddies into their Twilight sheets and knickers.”
And, he even described what that “vamp-off” would be like: “We could always have a ‘vamp-off’ which was very common in 15th century Wallachia and current day New Orleans,” Mehcad said. “But my prediction is after a couple rounds they’d be begging for their undead mothers.”
Meanwhile, True Blood star Valerie Cruz gave a nay to the idea: “I don’t know…I think maybe the ‘True Blood’ vampires would be jealous of the Twilight vampires for being so sparkly and shiny in the sun…they are the supermodels of the vampire world…and I think that we have all seen that supermodels and humans have difficulties with peaceful coexistence…a la the Naomi episodes.”
So what does her version of a”vamp-off” look like? “I think it would a little like the rumble in West Side Story…with lots of hair product and fancy dance numbers and lots of hot men! And, yes I think the True Blood vampires would definitely crush the sparkly Twilight vamps, without question.”
Hmmm, we do wonder what would happen if all these vamps met up at some sort of vampire convention. Maybe we should start trying to make it happen. Who’s with us?"

Rob on Twilight & Vampires

It’s great. To be honest, I am surprised at how relaxed it is. I was really nervous before we started because there’s so much expectation now. But with this team, everything seems to work really well. Everyone knows each other. It’s one of the most relaxed jobs I’ve ever worked on. It’s really strange. It’s going really well so far.
Last time we spoke, you told me that you still walked in the street without anyone recognizing you. I’m assuming that’s changed now.
I don’t walk in the street anymore, and when I do, I’m in disguise. (laughs) It’s actually a relief being back at work.
Were you surprised that Twilight became such a phenomenon?
It never ever fails to shock me. Even here. Yesterday, there were 300 people outside the set. It’s just crazy. Every day, every single person I meet knows someone who has a very strong attachment to the books. It’s very difficult to put your head around. I can go through customs at any airport in the world — every customs agent is like, ‘Can I get an autograph for my daughter?’ Every single time! It’s crazy! I just hope it doesn’t change the way I think and stuff.
Which is your favorite motion picture vampire of all time?
I always liked the original Nosferatu. I watched 30 Days of Night recently. I thought it was really good. But I wouldn’t say that I was a vampire fan.
You must be offered a lot of roles now. How are you making your choices?
I judge things purely on the script. I’m booked up for this year. I’ve been doing the most different things you can possibly imagine. Every part is so different. I can’t say any of the parts I’m doing — they haven’t been finalized yet. But I don’t pick them in terms of genre; purely the script. If I like the script and I like the part, then that’s all that matters.
Are there differences in your preparation to play Edward?
I feel very familiar with the character. I’m a ghost, a figment of Bella’s imagination. I’m not really playing Edward. I’m playing a kind of disrupted memory, which is really strange. I’m trying to play him as if Edward’s constantly thinking that things are going to fall apart. It’s this idyllic relationship on the top. I’m very, very close to the surface. He’s so insecure about everything.

Kristen's New Hair
Kristen Stewart has now started her work on her new movie about Joan Jett called The Runaways. This time her co-star is again the young Dakota Fanning. Kristen, to play the part of Joan Jett, has now cut off her chocolate locks. Yup, their all gone. And welcome back to the hair-do's of the rock-n-roll stars.Vampires=Evil?
Here is a rather odd piece of journalism done by John Houder and published by the Gainsville Sun in Florida. The article claims vampires will destroy our nation through the children. Not sure whether this was suppose to be humorous or whether they are not dead serious. Thoughts?"There has been an illness spreading across America recently that is more virulent and insidious than mad cow disease, swine flu and monkey pox combined. It’s spreading viraly through emails, blogs, text messages and tweets and infecting countless tweens, teens and young adults. While the disease has not yet proved to be fatal, there is no known cure and the symptoms can be terrifying and painful. The disease I am referring to, of course, is vampirism.
The epicenter of the most recent outbreak can be traced to the vampire-based Twilight book series, which has sold more than 42 million copies and spawned an equally popular movie adaptation. Young people across the country have been seduced by the story of a high school girl’s star-crossed love affair with a 107-year-old vampire and the pasty yet attractive actors who portray them. What’s more troubling than the pedophilic relationship between a 17-year-old girl and a man 90 years her senior, however, is the fact that the popularity of vampire culture is on the rise..."

Last Time...With Peter Facinelli

Last Romantic Thing I Did for Jennie: We went out to lunch together on a nice little romantic date.
Last Time I Lied: I don't remember. There, I just lied right now.
Last Text I Texted: Let me see. Hold on. [checks] Rob Pattinson. I said, "I'll see you in a little bit." He's in NYC.
Last Time I Was Starstruck: When I met former New York Governor George Pataki. I don't really get starstruck by actors, but Pataki was a governor! I grew up in New York. That was kind of a big deal.
Last Meal Before I Die: Jesus! I hope you don't know something I don't. So many foods... I don't know why but a hamburger keeps popping to mind.
Last Time I Cried: Wow. The last time I cried was when – what's that singer's name who didn't win America, err, Britain's Got Talent? When Susan Boyle didn't win. Because she should've won, dammit!
