One of our writers visits the eye doctor where she has a startling discovery. (This is not to be taken seriously... we don't know how to actually do this yet ;)
Help us bring you better news by voting in our poll. We want to be your number one stop for all things Twilight related, so please help us by voting! More polls to come soon. Stay tuned.
Okay guys, today is the day to dress up like your favorite Twilight Saga character! We want to see you looking your best! Send us the best picture of you dressed up as someone from Twilight and we'll post a gallery within the next couple of days!
Here is a fun video done by MTV with some of the New Moon cast with some rather random interviews and a clip of Nikki Reed and Kellan Lutz going into a haunted mansion...nice one Nikki! Also, don't miss the extended clip of the birthday scene!
We all want to know what is going on! But then again, I feel sorry for the two, Taylor Lautner and Taylor Swift that is. The duo, making Taylor Squared, have been hanging out a good bit since the filming of Valentine's Day. Of course they could be hanging out as friends, people do do that, however, the appearances together seem more like dates.
Now, I do not want to stalk them! They have a right to privacy and so they will get it from TwilightBlog.net, however, what they have been doing is public and so we are allowed to guess! Both Taylor and Taylor (sounds so cute!) have avoided questions about the two being in a relationship, but it is adorable when they do talk about each other. Their comments range from Taylor Swift deflecting Ellen DeGeneres with: "I really like hockey a lot, and it turns out so does he" to only being able to giggle about kissing Taylor Lautner on set of the movie.
Sounds fishy! However, nothing is official so we will patiently await for the two to finally fess up! (hears Jeopardy theme song playing in my head) Is it time yet?!?
Over a minute of NEW New Moon footage (released yesterday) -- Bella opens her present, cuts her finger and.... (Well I guess we'll have to see New Moon in theaters to see what happens next!) ... Also, apparently, Emmett is thinks it's funny that "17 year old" Edward is dating an "older woman" in just-18-year-old Bella. Haha...
... In a land of corporate greed and a slumping economy, two unlikely forces have joined together in a massive marketing campaign of peaceful, electrolyte-and-blood-sipping coexistence; thus saving money and creating a new and improved way to let you know that SOME THIRSTS CAN NEVER BE QUENCHED... but there is, apparently, a silver lining:
LUCKILY, YOURS CAN.
Afraid of Vampires? Don't worry, Vitamin Water... now with more antioxidant protection. So... unless your Vampire drinks antioxidants, you should be relatively safe. Another positive is that this magical drink seems to fulfill your body's daily needs. So that's good.
Get your vitamins. Oh, and also, by the way, so we can split this commercial 50/50 with Summit Entertainment, see The Twilight Saga: New Moon in theaters November 20th.
Jimmy Fallon does a hilarious Robert impression in this new video that's sweeping the Internet. "Robert" talks about everything that "bothers" him about Halloween. It's definitely worth watching... especially for us crazy Twilight fans!! :)
Here is the cutest video of Taylor Swift talking about Taylor Lautner. They are sooo cute together, not that we are saying they are literally together. It is just the way they act and talk about each other. So cute! Here is a recent picture of them, too. Awwww!!!
Last night's Halloween-themed episode of NBC's, The Office, poked fun at Edward, Dracula, and Vampires in pop culture in general. Creed, the out of touch, creepy "old guy", dresses up as Dracula and announces, "I vant to sell your blood..." (While holding a half-filled blood-bag).
Ryan, the young, hip temp is dressed as Edward Cullen and replies, "....That's really not the trend of Vampires right now."
Check out this video to see more funny costumes, including Dwight as "Jigsaw", Michael as a suicide victim, and Jim as "BookFace", the popular social networking site.
I know the title is a little long and maybe confusing... but I think after you watch this video, you'll fully understand... or, maybe, you'll just continue to wonder what just happened. Our favorite part is the VERY end when the last "screamer" "pops out" ... watch the video to see what we mean!
This video was shown at the Scream Awards with behind the scenes interviews of our favorite New Moon wolves and the making of the wolfpack. Also, we get a quick look at the CGI process that made our men our wolves. This video is fantastic with the look into what is behind the movie, make a few minutes to watch it!
Axiz, a pretty awesome new band who loves Twilight and visits our blog, just released their new video: them playing spliced in with the New Moon trailer. The song is pretty catchy and looks great mixed in with New Moon! Very professional, guys!
Some more of our readers have submitted their original jack-o-lantern creations! Great job, guys! Rmemeber, if you have some that YOU have made, email them to us at twilightblog.net@gmail.com
Seriously. First OK claims that Kristen and Rob are together, then today they release that they "split up." We refuse to pay for any of this crap and help support such stupidity, but there's nothing wrong with checking it out while in line at the grocery store...
It's all just so stupid.
Who KNOWS what OK has planned for next week... maybe Robert and Dakota will somehow get together...?
MTV: What do you see as the biggest difference between the tales in the "Twilight" saga? Kellan Lutz: What's the biggest difference? That's an interesting question. Because the books are already about different subjects. Stephenie [Meyer] wrote them with the Romeo and Juliet aspect, and then, each one has a different persona. It's a really cool concept. But as far as the directors go, each director is different. Catherine [Hardwicke] was very energetic, and she made this beautiful movie. Chris [Weitz] had this really cool, really laid-back [vibe], but has a great sense of how to do CGI and how to make these wolves look real and bigger than life versus just some computerized image. Then David Slade, with his action background and his indie style, just mixed the two. The movies are going to be unique in their own aspects, and that's what's really interesting — it's not the same director doing each one. We, as actors, got to see different styles of [directing]. So it doesn't feel old, ever.
MTV: What is your favorite "New Moon" scene? Lutz: My favorite scene is probably anything that Charlie is in, played by Billy Burke. He just has this great comedic timing, and every scene [with him], I get a laugh out of. And there's just tons of action. That's the thing too, seeing the wolves actually fight each other and roughhouse. It's really interesting to see what Chris did.
MTV: Which of the new characters is your favorite? Lutz: The Volturi boys. I didn't meet them in "New Moon," so now [I see them on the "Eclipse" set]. I didn't have the time to meet them when we were shooting "New Moon" because the shooting schedules were different. So, with seeing them, and finally meeting them on "Eclipse," they're really cool. It's interesting to finally meet them. It's so weird being an actor in something and not being a part of the whole cast feeling.
MTV: As the saga continues to film, do you feel like you're becoming more or less like your character? Lutz: I've been my character. I feel like I've been Emmett since day one. I really loved the character when I first had the audition for Edward. I was like, "No guys, come on [let me be in the movie]." And then I asked them about Emmett, and something was already done with that, and then it came back [available again]. I just really like Emmett. He's a great, fun character to play. I'm always so happy to be on the set. He's not depressing, he's not complex. He's just the lovable bear type.
Wow, Kellan Lutz, Elizabeth Reaser, Ashley Greene, and Nikki Reed, all join in on revealing what they keep in their trailers to make it seem like, well, home. Sounds like a normal question, however, MTV got un-normal answers. Watch to find out!
The official Eclipse logo has finally been announced! The style is very similar to that of Twilight and New Moon, however the lurking red adds that hideous and mysterious feeling needed for Eclipse. We love it!
Here is another new clip shown for the upcoming New Moon! Premiered by EXTRA TV it is short and cute with Bella and Edward in the parking lot of Bella's birthday.

Charlie Bewley is just utterly fascinating! Here is these short videos that comprise his interview, Charlie discusses himself dating, Rob & Kristen (everybody wants to hear about that!), and the filming of New Moon.
Premiere by Entertainment tonight we have a new tv spot! Wow, more new scenes seem to be coming out daily! There are only a few tibits in here that are new, but SWEET!
MTV just released a new interview the the talented Jackson Rathbone who plays, of course, Jasper Hale. The interview is all about how they tackled all of Jasper's flashbacks in Eclipse:
"I got to go back into my old roots, got to ride some horses again, which was nice. Got to put these riding boots to use, which is good," Rathbone said, motioning to his boots. "I actually can ride a horse."
In Eclipse, Jasper tells Bella about his life before he met Carlisle Cullen. Unlike Edward, Rosalie, Esme and Emmett, both Jasper and Alice Cullen were transformed into vampires before they met Carlisle. Jasper plays a large role in the third installment of the series because he is the only vampire among them who knows how to combat the newborn vampire army Victoria is building.
Jasper's backstory, which takes place during the Civil War, will be told through flashbacks, Rathbone confirmed. Though the explanation of Jasper's history takes up a good portion of the novel, he hinted that the film version would be shorter.
"It was just really fantastic to get to delve in there and to get to don all the Civil War regalia and whatnot. That was a pleasure," he said. "I had to wear this wool suit of a major, cavalry major. "I got the big hat and everything. Hop off the horse, bow to these ladies, and then I get eaten. And then I get turned!"
There will also be flashbacks of Jasper training newborn vampires while he's still "a bad dude, a bad vampire," Rathbone said. He added that training from another film, "The Last Airbender," including wrestling, hand-to-hand combat and weapon play, was useful since there wasn't much time to prepare for the fight scenes in "Eclipse." But Rathbone was quick to clarify none of the vampires' combat scenes would be martial art-y.
Rathbone said Jasper will tell Bella his story after a training sequence where he helps the Cullens prepare for the newborn army that's approaching.
"It's actually the first time Bella and Jasper interact that's longer than one sentence, or me attacking her," Rathbone said, laughing. "Kristen and I kept saying it was really nice to get to work together because we had never had a chance to really, kind of, like, get into some dialogue."
Wow, this is getting intense! Thankfully the movie comes out in a month! We haven't seen anything too continuous but I'm already on the edge of my seat! This scene takes place in the Volturi's chambers when they are deciding what to do with Edward and with Bella.
Well, this is the last week of filming for Eclipse according to multiple sources including Peter Facinelli. Here is a quick updated look at what has been going on for Eclipse:
Anna Kendrick just arrived back in Vancouver to wrap up Eclipse with the graduation scene at the Cullen's house
Here workers are dismantling Bella's house. Wow, that is almost pretty commical...the chimney just peeling off...
Eclipse director, David Slade, tweeted this picture of Bella's truck.
Gil Birmingham sent out this picture of him and some of his castmates: (L to R) Bronson Pelletier, Alex Rice, Tyson Houseman, Kiowa Gordon, Chaske Spencer, Gil Birmingham, and Tinsel Korey.
Wow, seems like we haven't heard too much about the beautiful Nikki Reed lately. Unless it is one of those ridiculously silly rumors about her and RPattz being together. Yeah...lame. Try something new paparazzi...Anyways, Nikki has not fallen off the face of the earth and here is proof. She just did an amazing photo shoot with Hellin Kay! Geez this girl is gorgeous!

Here is a quick and fun little interview the auh-mazing Alex Meraz did with Vanity Fair. Sigh, I want to meet him... Also, this guy is pretty smart. Look at his word choices in this interview. Alex sure seems like he's the smart and fun guy to be around on set!
Little Gold Men: How did you end up getting cast in New Moon? Alex Meraz: It was pretty conventional. I got a breakdown for an open casting call—they were looking for Native actors—and I submitted my stuff and luckily I got a role. One of the casting directors was kind of the Native American liaison. I had been cast in another one of her films. I sent her my original casting tape. She liked it, but she thought we could do better. So she brought me in to L.A., I gave it a whirl, and I eventually got the role.
What was your favorite scene to shoot? The cliff diving scene was the most fun because the whole Wolf Pack was there and we were jumping off these 50-foot scaffolding things onto an air mattress. It was pretty exciting to be able to do our own stunts.
What was it like having to come together and bond as the Wolf Pack? We were entirely new, and it was a lot easier. We relied on each other to get through everything. There was so much to learn, but it was organic. We spent a lot of time together at the gym, and that’s what helped. As far as the original cast from Twilight, they were really cool. We didn’t spend much time with them because all of our scenes were really just with the Wolf Pack. It was easy.
Are you up for some wordplay? Please give me one word that describes some of the New Moon actors starting with the Wolf Pack. OK, Bronson Pelletier [who plays “Jared”] … Aw, man. [Laughs] Jokester!
Kiowa Gordon [aka “Embry Call”]. Bewilderment. [Laughs] He’s always thrust in these crazy situations that … he’s pretty young. At 19, I didn’t have these crazy things. I mean, I’m 24—I consider myself a man. I have a wife, a son, and I’ve had some practical life experience. This kid just got thrown into it, so it’s new to him. To me he always has this bewilderment about him.
Tyson Houseman [“Quil Ateara”]. He’ll know what this means. Vespa. Scooter.
Taylor Lautner [“Jacob Black”] Taylor! Loyal.
Gil Birmingham [“Billy Black”]. One word is really hard. I would say … intuitive.
Chaske Spencer [“Sam Uley”]. Aw man, love him. Wisdom.
Kristen Stewart [“Bella Swan”]. Aw, she’s awesome. I would say badass.
We told you it was going to happen last night. It did and it was AWESOME! Here is the clip that ET aired last night. The clip was originally presented at the 2009 Scream Awards which will actually air on TV October 27th. OMG! She actually punches Paul! Sweet! OMG! That was fantastic, it looks fabulous, thank God I bought premiere/opening night tickets!
Here are some new outtakes of photos that will feature Ashley Greene is Men's Fitness Magazine next month. Ashley is so adorable that its honestly odd seeing her in such slightly scandalous pictures. Doesn't she make enough from acting, especially with Twilight?
Wow, this is an amazing mini-series created by a Twi fan. Attempting to encompass the still unfinished and illusive, Midnight Sun, by our very own Stephenie Meyer. These videos are fantastic! Enjoy them!
AHHHH! I WANT TO SEE THAT! Entertainment Tonight will be having another exclusive on New Moon tomorrow night and I wont have access to a TV! THE WORLD MIGHT COME TO AN END! I love the "Bella get back. Paul....PAUL, GET BACK, NOW!"
Halloween is just around the corner and of course half of the females in the world are going to be doing their very best to be the sexiest vampire out there in hopes of luring Edward Cullen. Hint: watch this video, you might get him.
Eclipse filming is wrapping up here in a few weeks and not many people anticipated another character from the saga being cast for the film. Well, apparently the vast majority of us were wrong! It has just been announced that Kyle XY actress, Kirsten Prout, has been cast to play the role of Lucy. Lucy is a prominent figure in Jasper's history, as she helped form a bloodsucker army along with the mood-manipulator's maker Maria and fellow vampire Nettie. She was later killed by Jasper and Maria after turning on them. In the novels, she is described as tall, blond and pale, we think Kirsten fits that bill pretty perfectly. Look for the new character profile for Lucy/Kirsten Prout within the next week for more information!
These are recent pictures of the illustrious Robert Pattinson in Joepie Magazine from Belgium. Dear Lord, is that his you know what?!? Yeah, I swear that's his butt crack. Nice going. Not sure whether to drool or be disgusted. Thoughts?
