Rami Malek to Play Benjamin in 'BD'

Entertainment Tonight reported that 29-year-old Pacific star Rami Malek will play the role of Benjamin in the upcoming Breaking Dawn Part 2. "I think it's going to be great," he told ET. "It's going to be super exciting, and I'm thrilled."

Benjamin is part of the Egyptian coven that comes to help witness for the Cullens to the Volturi and has the special ability of controlling the elements. Malek has had various television appearances and is in the upcoming Larry Crowne movie with Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts. He is also known for playing the role of Ahkmenrah in Night at the Museum and Night at the Museum 2. Malek should make a nice addition to the Twilight cast.

'Breaking Dawn' Producers in Rio on Hold

Breaking Dawn producers are in Rio De Janeiro to begin shooting footage for the film. Unfortunately, all filming has been put on hold due to a shootout and a hostage situation at an upscale hotel. It is said they will make a decision soon as to whether or not to film in Rio De Janeiro. If it is decided Rio will stay on schedule, the actors are not set to arrive until this fall. Rio, huh? I am willing to bet this will be the setting for the honeymoon scene. One of my faves!!

Melissa Rosenberg Updates Status of 'BD' Scripts

We are a little over 3 months away until filming of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn begins in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and with filming getting closer and closer I'm sure many of you are anxious to hear about any updates regarding the film.

Well, MTV News got the chance to chat with screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg at yesterday's Emmy Awards where she dished about the Breaking Dawn scripts.

She gives MTV updates on her progress of the scripts and which scene she thinks will be the most difficult to tackle.

“They’re coming along,” Rosenberg said. “I just flew in last night from working with ['Dawn' director] Bill Condon, prepping the scripts. It’s a lot of work, I’m exhausted,” she added. Rosenberg also revealed that she’s between 75 and 80 percent finished with the two screenplays. “But we’re intent on making them the best scripts yet.”

Regarding the biggest challenge she faces in finishing “Dawn,” parts 1 and 2, Rosenberg said it’s the climactic “battle scene” — in which the two opposing vampire groups face off in dramatic fashion at the end of the book — that’s proving to be her biggest obstacle, rather than the infamous “birth scene”.

“The final battle sequence is a big challenge because it lasts 25 pages,” Rosenberg told us. “It’s almost an entire three-act story in and of itself. You have to track (kept all in one setting) hundreds of characters. It’s an enormous challenge to choreograph on the page and for Bill to choreograph on the stage.”

Rosenberg went on to say that perfecting that scene is her "next big hurdle."

"I've written a couple of drafts [of the scene]; I haven't gotten with Bill [to go over it] yet. That's the next big hurdle to sit down with the stunt coordinator and create the ballet."

Melissa Rosenberg Talks 'Breaking Dawn'

MTV's Jim Cantiello caught up with Twilight Saga screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg Sunday night at the Emmy's. In the video below, she discusses the work-in-progress that is Breaking Dawn parts 1 and 2. Rosenberg estimates that the scripts are 75-80% done and mentions that she flew to the Emmy's from working with Bill Condon prepping the scripts. She also talks about her "next big hurdle" which is the final battle scene:
"The final battle sequence is a big challenge because it lasts 25 pages. It's almost an entire three-act story in and of itself. You have to track (kept all in one setting) hundreds of characters. It's an enormous challenge to choreograph on the page and for Bill to choreograph on the stage."

Papa C Looking Sexy On The Red Carpet

Peter Facinelli, who plays everyone's favorite vampire dad, was looking rather handsome walking the red carpet at the 2010 Emmy Awards last night. Peter's show Nurse Jackie was nominated...but didn't win. Boo! I bet if he did a spin-off show playing Daddy C. he would be a shoe-in for an Emmy :) haha What do you think?

Guide To Making Your Man Into The Perfect Edward or Jacob!

C'mon, like you haven't wished your guy (or potential guy) were more like your favorite Twilight leading man! I'm going to give you ladies a guide for gearing your man in the right direction to becoming the selfless, romantic Edward or the fun and feisty Jacob we all love. *This is only for fun :) or is it? *hehe*

I first fell in love with Edward when I realized that he loved Bella more than he could ever love himself and not to mention he was the most beautiful creature alive. Once I saw the first movie, it was a done deal for me. To have your own real life Edward he must:

*Be an excellent driver. Nothing under 90.

*Have delicious tousled bronze hair & sexy crooked smile.

*Sacrifice himself on many occasions to your advantage

*Dance like he was floating....with you on his feet

*Perfectly chiseled jaw and man-scaped eyebrows

*Want to shower you in diamonds...I'll take some hand-me-downs please!

*Be able to read everyone's mind but yours...how embarrassing would it be to have him know exactly how many times a day you drool over him?

*Speak many different languages

*Love you enough to let you keep your friends...even if they do smell like a wet dog ;)

*Sparkle when he is in sunlight...all women like shiny things :)

Of course not everyone is an Edward fan (how is that possible? ;] ). Some prefer the carefree, reckless Jake who is always the life of the party. He's dangerous and careless but warm and sweet (NEVER repeat I said that *haha*). So if you're looking to make your guy into Bella's warm, fuzzy friend here are the must-haves:

*Must be insanely huge...lots of beef patties will do the trick

*Remains at a toasty 108 degrees. Just the ticket for cold winter nights or after near death drowning incidents.

*Must be able to teach you to ride a motorcycle and then fix it after you wreck it.

*Showers you in conversation hearts and handmade charm bracelets

*Kicks his friend's ass when he goes all wolfy on you

*Be able to chase psycho red-headed vampires.

*Loves movies lik
e Face Punch

*Must be able to take a punch from you without breaking your hand...

*Scaling the side of your house at night to get to your window is a MUST

*Last but not least...Must rock the cut off jeans with no shirt.

There you have it! Now you have all the tools to go out there and get your own supernatural boy toy. If that doesn't work out...there are always plenty of Mikes in the world ;)

Peter Facinelli Named 'Worst Vampire'

Peter Travers of Rolling Stone has named his top ten best and top five worst vampires on film and tv. Taking the top spot on the worst vampires list is Peter Facinelli playing patriarch of the Cullen family, Carlisle Cullen. Travers writes:

"Facinelli is a solid actor, but playing Carlisle Cullen, the white-haired head of the fang-challenged Cullen vampire family, he looks about as terrifying as Project Runway winner Austin Scarlett, whom Carisle closely resembles."

Peter responded to this honor via Twitter on Wednesday, Aug. 25:

"YES! I finally came in Number 1 in something! ....Thank you Mr. Travers. As Carlisle is a compassionate humanitarian, and anti-vampire in nature, being the worst Vampire was quite the compliment. Although, you had me at "solid actor". :) I did find the comparison to Austin Scarlett utterly ridiculous though ... He has way better cheek bones."

I think Peter handled this criticism well and Carlisle would be proud of his position on the list. He's a healer at heart after all, not a killer. Love ya, Peter! :)

In comparison, Bela Lugosi as Dracula topped the list of best vampires on screen and Rob Pattinson came in at number ten on the same list. To view both lists, go here.

Life Beyond 'Breaking Dawn? Should Stephenie Continue 'Twilight'?'

For the last couple of years I have been completely head over heels in love with Edward Cullen and those other people :) (joking) Seriously, I have invested myself entirely with this series. Even going back to my teens, I cannot remember ever being so "obsessed" (that sounds like such a dirty word) with anything, especially something fiction.

To most outsiders, the Twilight fandom is absurd and something made up for teen-age girls. Twi-hards on the other hand, love this world, whether they are 13 or 35. Its fun to have something to be passionate about, just as Stephenie Meyer was when she wrote each book. Every book was a piece to the bigger picture and for me the bigger picture was Edward and Bella finding a way to be together forever, which in turn meant that true love can do anything. A very important lesson to learn.

Stephenie ended the series with Breaking Dawn. We all know that Bella finally becomes a Cullen in more than one way (if you didn't I suggest you climb out from the rock you have been hiding under). Bella's life as vampire quickly became turbulent and even as a vampire she couldn't escape the threat of losing her own life or existence.

Most of Bella's time as a a cold one was spent preparing for battle and figuring out a way to keep her half breed child alive. Once the battle was fought (or whatever you call that) and everyone was safe the book just kind of ends. Yes everyone is peaceful and happy and Edward finally gets to read Bella's mind, but that's it. Its over. You mean I spent all this time anticipating each book for it to be over like that?!

My question is, should Stephenie consider writing more books or leave it where she did? Should we see deeper into this world from Bella's eyes as a vampire instead of a clumsy, blushing human? Would she be wearing out her welcome so to speak if she were to publish another book? Would you want to see Renesmee all grown up with Jake? There are so many possibilities for future books, or are they just perfect where they left off? You tell me.

Lautner Lawsuit over Trailer

Taylor Lautner portrays sexy Jakob Black in The Twilight Saga movies. He exudes tenderness and patience for the object of his affection, Bella Swan. Recently, however, Lautner showed another side to his usually pleasant and upbeat demeanor. A lawsuit was filed by Lautner, for breach of contract and fraud. According to the lawsuit, an RV company failed to deliver a $300,000 trailer to the set of Taylor's new movie, Abduction, on time. Delivery had been set for June 21st. The Lautner lawsuit lists emotional distress and annoyance among the reasons for the lawsuit and is also seeking unspecified punitive damages. Sounds a little premature and a little like a temper tantrum. Hopefully the issue will be resolved quickly.

Nikki Reed Talks 'Breaking Dawn' with MTV

Nikki Reed

In a recent interview with MTV, Nikki Reed shared a little about the challenge of playing Rosalie.

"I find that people who've read the books kind of understand Rosalie, and that's been the biggest challenge with playing her — when you make this series, clearly it has to revolve around this epic love story," Reed said of the big three: Edward (Robert Pattinson), Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Jacob (Taylor Lautner). "The rest of us are kind of fighting in the background to have any kind of moment. You're always afraid that the moment you do have, you'll overdo because you wanted to have something behind it," she explained. "Even if it's just a look or a sentence or a glance."

Reed was happy to have the chance in Eclipse to go into some of Rosalie's history — how she had everything she wanted and in an instant it was all lost and now her life would never move forward again — and she hopes it will go deeper into the story in Breaking Dawn.

"I haven't read the script — I don't know what it's going to be like — but I think Melissa's done a great job in keeping them pretty close to the books. I can't think of anything we've missed in the films. I have faith that Bella and I are going to get really close."

'Breaking Dawn' Bits I Cannot Live Without!

The filming of Breaking Dawn cannot come soon enough. I am dreadfully missing the news and set pictures that surface during filming. Rumor mills have been in over drive over the last installment and no one is really sure what to expect. In keeping perspective with reality, I know there is no way they can fit every single detail in the movie, but there are a few parts that could make the film or break it if they were to be left out...my opinion only :)

Edward and Bella's conversation in her room on the night before the wedding.
This was such a sweet tender moment. Edward is still trying to convince Bella she should stay human and of course Bella is trying to get in Eddie's pants as usual. Its a sweet moment between the two and is a nice set up to the wedding.

Bella's mom and dad giving her the hair piece to wear in her wedding.
This moment was special and I would hate to see it left out. Bella's marrying Edward brings everyone in full circle including her divorced parents. Also its a chance to see the emotional side of Bella, which I feel is being neglected in the movies.

Bella and Edward driving away from the Cullen home after the wedding.
This is very symbolic for Bella...she waving good-bye to everyone as they depart on their honeymoon, but is saying good-bye to so much more. She is saying good-bye to her life as she knows it. Nothing will ever be the same after she drives away.

Every single part of the honeymoon ha ha

The visit from Gustavo and Kaure, the cleaning staff, during Bella & Edward's honeymoon. The first visit from the two workers gives Edward a dangerous edge because Kaure is afraid for Bella's life. The second visit was excellent foreshadowing to the dangers of Bella being pregnant with a human/vampire baby and how controversial Renesmee would be.

Bella and Rosalie's bond. Or lack thereof if you ask me. Rosalie will do absolutely anything to keep this baby to fulfill her personal wants and desires but in the meantime teams up with Bella against Edward.

Jacob and Edward's alliance. Jacob and Edward for once have a common goal: Talk Bella out of having this baby and keep her as safe as possible. They are almost buddies in Breaking Dawn and I would really hate for this aspect of the story to go missing.

The splitting of the pack. I have heard here and there that Jacob's part of the book would not be in the movie. Even though I am adverse to smelly dogs ;) there are some things that just shouldn't be left out and the splitting of the pack is one of them. It shows how Renesmee already has quite a hold on Jacob even before she is born. And I kind of actually like the idea of Chief Jacob :)

Bella's transformation. Obviously we know this will be apart of the movie but I want to be inside her head and also see everyone on the outside while she is going through the transformation. Although no one really enjoys a tortured Edward, it would be nice to see how much he wish he could take her pain away.

Bella's first hunt. One part of being a vampire Bella was looking forward to was doing away with her clumsy awkwardness. On her first hunt she can out do Edward but still feels like awkward Bella. Also she has always wanted to see Edward hunt and I would enjoy seeing them together.

Edward & Bella's first night together after her transformation
. Enough said. :)

Vampire Bella arm-wrestling with Emmett.
This would just be too funny to watch Kristen and Kellan having a battle of strength. I really hope they add the round kick to the cinder block too. Ha ha I'm grinning just thinking about Kristen doing that.

Charlie's visit. This for me is the beginning of world's coming together, vampires, wolves, & humans.

Alice & Jasper while they are off on their own. This isn't in the book, but in the movie I think it would be nice to get a glimpse of the two of them while they are off looking for children like Renesmee.

Christmas with Charlie. This is a time of happiness right in the middle of hell and again just demonstrates how everything and everyone has come together. All of the pieces of Bella's world are fitting together like she had never imagined they would. Losing her parents was one of her biggest reservations to becoming a vampire, but now its obvious she doesn't have to.

Vampire fight training/shield training. I'm ready to see Bella in action...no more being a victim.

and the best for last.....

Bella lowering her shield so Edward can read her mind. Out of all 4 books, this is my favorite part. If it is executed the exact way it was in the book it will be a phenomenal end to a perfect series.

This is the most important movie(s) of the series because it ties everything and everyone together. There are obvious things that will be in the movie and should be, but I really hope she touches on some of the smaller things because Stephanie beautifully wrote each and every word and the movies should be depicted that way. Phew could filming just please HURRY and commence!

Creative Fan Makes A Pattinson Chair

A newly-turned Twilight fan named Eleanor took her love for Robert Pattinson to an ordinary chair and turned it into the "Pattinson Chair."

Plastered with photos of Rob - this is my kind of chair! - it's definitely something you'll wanna stare and, of course, sit in any time of the week ;)

From Eleanor:
(After the sleepover) In my free time from that day on, I just looked up pictures, saved my favourite ones and researched everything there was to know, the names of people in his family, the schools he had been to, everything. My laptop was overloaded by Rob pictures. I would just spend my time
talking about it, with the one person that was as obsessed as I was, that I knew, Amy (girl to the right in the picture of us). We got a project from our woodwork teacher to make a piece of furniture
out of cardboard, and we thought it was just going to be another boring project, but then he said we could decorate it however we liked, then it was like a light bulb came on, we had to completely cover it in our pictures of him.

Summit Provides 'Breaking Dawn' Answers

We have all heard the rumors about the up and coming filming of Breaking Dawn. The majority have revolved around Bella's birth scene and how the character of Renesmee will be portrayed realistically. We are all very anxious to find out! It looks like we can finally put some of these question to rest. Summit recently sent out an email to several Twilight fansights and provided a few answers to a few of the questions we all have.

1. There will not be a name change to Bella and Edward's beloved daughter, Renesmee.

2. Newborn vampire Riley will not come back from the dead to reprise his role..why would he?

3. There aren't any nationwide casting notices, and will only be the one director for the movie, Deborah Zane.

Who knows, maybe Summit will provide more answers in the not so distant future.

Rob is "sweet" in "The Bad Mother's Handbook"

Okay Twis, who here remembers Robert Pattinson before he won our hearts and the hearts of ladies all across the globe for playing "dazzling" Edward Cullen in the Twilight Saga: Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse? Anyone? I remember him as handsome and stoic Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire at least. But it turns out Robert has been busy since Harry Potter leaving his mark on the big screen. We've just been deprived.

Turns out there was a dramatic comedy called "The Bad Mother's Handbook" that premiered in 2007 with our dear Rob, but will just now be going on sale in the U.S. for our enjoyment. The date is set for August 24th.

Rob plays Daniel Gale, a teenager that falls for one Charlotte Cooper, played by Holly Grainger. In a turn of events, Daniel discovers than Charlotte is pregnant and in the course of nine months, Daniel gets to know Charlotte's family. Especially Charlotte's mother, Karen, played by Catherine Tate, who also had her own daughter as a teenager.

Our British heartthrob has been in plenty of other movies, and of different genres, before Twilight, that let's the world know just how talented he is. Most recently, Rob was praised for his dramatic portrayal in "Remember Me" alongside Emilie de Ravin. That one, as I'm sure we all know by now, is happily available on DVD too for us to enjoy in the comfort of our homes.

And let's not forget just how Rob transformed himself with his incredible portrayal of Spanish artist Salvador Dali, in the independent drama "Little Ashes". I think we'll be seeing plenty of Rob in the future--his career looks dazzling, but again, he'll always be our Edward Cullen. And I like to think he likes it that way.

Summit Entertainment Clears Up the Rumor Mill

Summit Entertainment recently addressed the rumor mill regarding a few Breaking Dawn and Eclipse DVD information. Be sure and check them out the following info so you're in the know:

1) There is only one casting director working on THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN films right now – Deborah Zane. As of right now no local auditions are being held. If Deborah’s name is not attached to it in some form or another, it is not legitimate. She is also not putting out nationwide casting notices. Once again – as was the case with NEW MOON and ECLIPSE – any ads you see are completely false. She has set up an e-mail address specifically for casting inquiries (BreakingDawnCast@gmail.com).

2) Lexicon touched base regarding a rumor about Renesmee’s name changing in BREAKING DAWN. It is FALSE.

3) Twi Examiner asked about Riley’s appearance in BREAKING DAWN because it was listed on Xavier’s IMDb page. Riley will not appear in the BREAKING DAWN films. It is a rumor.

4) Also not confirmed is anything you have heard about the US release date of the ECLIPSE DVD. We have not announced it yet, so unless it is international and confirmed by an international distributor, it is a rumor.

SPOILER ALERT!: Nikki Dishes on 'BD'

SPOILER ALERT!!!

Nikki Reed dished about Bella’s baby decision to MTV News while promoting her next film, Last Day of Summer. She explains that while Jacob and Edward vehemently urge Bella to give up the child, Rosalie encourages her to keep the unborn fetus. As explained in Eclipse, Rosalie’s resentment towards Bells stems from her own desire to be human. As a vampire, she knows she will never get the chance to be a mother, and feels her future nephew or niece would be the closest she would ever come to knowing that feeling. She knows the possible consequences of Bella’s decision, but is willing to let Bella die in order to fulfill her need to experience motherhood.

'True Blood' Vs. 'Twilight', Are There Really Any Comparisons?

Thanks to the magical dream and creative nature of Stephanie Meyer, Edward and Bella were born...ok, and those other people in Twilight too hehe :) Twilight captures the essence of first love and in Bella and Edward's case, eternal love. Then on the other hand, following suit with the latest vampire craze, there is True Blood. Sex, lies, blood, greed and passion fuel the craze over this adult series. Obviously with combined efforts from the author (Charlene Harris) and creators of the show, True Blood is most definitely driven toward a much more mature audience. Both series are constantly being compared...but is there any comparison?

Stephanie's target audience was intended to be teens, but this story hits home for anyone that has ever experienced that first love and how powerful of a feeling it was. She didn't find it necessary to use stereotypical characteristics of vampires to make her stories stand out. It was a nice breath of fresh air to read about a vamp who wasn't so evil and sex driven. A vampire with a heart? What a new concept!

For those of you who have read or watched True Blood, you are aware that the only likenesses are the presence of vampires :) Don't get me wrong, I love True Blood very much, but on a very different level for very different reasons. But somehow the two of these always seem to be in a "Whose the Best" competition.

Recently the main characters of True Blood pasted their naked bodies covered in blood splatters all over the cover of Rolling Stone. Definitely a "different" approach but VERY effective. As guessed, the cover is turning out to be very controversial. The creator made a statement about what "real" vampires should be.

True Blood creator Alan Ball says all the racy sex scenes and nudity are necessary. "To me, vampires are sex," he says. "I don't get a vampire story about abstinence. I'm 53. I don't care about high school students. I find them irritating and uninformed."

Well well, sounds to me like Mr. Ball has never met his Bella! Under most circumstances, comments like this against Twilight get me on the defensive, but these two series are as different as night and day. Let's look at it this way ladies...Edward is the guy every girl wants to love her and that would treat her like a queen and Eric is the guy every girls wants, but has no business having :) and one we "should" only enjoy on a much more mature level hehe. Although I must add I would not have any issue with a naked Twilight cover (as long as its Rob) ;)

Edward Cullen: Top 10 Sexiest Vampires of All Time

The Stir has come up with the "Top 10 Sexiest Vampires of All Time" they'd love to "fang bang" - nice phrase ladies! ;P

2. Robert Pattinson: What's a hot vampire list without the most popular vampire in pop culture right now? Rob plays Edward Cullen in the Twilight movies and falls madly in love with Bella, a human. The love story between the two will make any woman's heart swoon. Oh, and he sparkles.

Fight Training for "BD" to Start in Sept

Kellan Lutz recently told the Examiner that training for fight scenes may begin as early as next month in September.

“I believe we might start rehearsals in September fight training, and then I think start production in November until March in Vancouver and Baton Rouge. I love doing stunts, I love doing action movies.”

Lutz, who portrays the sexy bulk of a vampire, Emmet, also stated how much he enjoys the company of his cast-mates. He referred to filming the movies as a sort of family reunion.

“We just have a really great group of actors who are real people who can just have fun. We have so many inside jokes now, and we don’t get sick of each other because these movies are only three to four months of shooting and then we’re off doing our own thing. And then we get excited to come back and it’s like a great family reunion. I can’t wait."

He also admitted to wanting a much needed vacation before filming begins.

“I want to go to Turkey really bad, and Istanbul, Iceland and Ireland, and somewhere to get away and get a tan before I have to be all pale for a while to play vampire Emmett Cullen. But I just want to relax because Breaking Dawn is going to be a big movie to shoot.”

The sooner filming starts, the better if you want my opinion!!

No James Franco For Breaking Dawn

The rumor mill has been hard at work! After an interview posted last week, everyone was under the assumption that Spidey's best friend, James Franco, would be joining the cast of Twilight for the final installment, Breaking Dawn. Franco stated in an interview that he was reading the saga for an upcoming project.

Rumors seem to be the center of the Twilight universe and Gossip Cop dug around to prove the rumor to be just that. A rumor.

"A rep for Franco tells Gossip Cop the speculation about him joining Breaking Dawn is “not true.”

Rumors often seem to come from thin air, their origins a mystery. Given the Esquire piece, this one is at least somewhat more reasonable — but it’s still inaccurate."

What part would he play anyway? I am not sure this movie could handle too much more hottness...the screen could implode. Although I have to admit, I sort of liked the idea of James Franco as a sexy vamp.

Renesmee's Name Being Changed For 'BD' Movie?

Rumors are going around that Renesmee's name might be changed for the Breaking Dawn scripts.

The following information was provided via Lion & Lamb Love Community:

So, I have heard from a few ~sources that I have that Renesmee's name might be being changed in the script of Breaking Dawn. The information comes from someone who auditioned for a part in the movie today/yesterday, and was told the name was being changed.

How do you feel about this? What name would you want it to be, if it wasn't Renesmee? What other changes would you be angry about?

Let's hope this is JUST A RUMOR. I think it would be just plain stupid if they changed the name!

‘Vanidades’ Interview with Taylor

Last night I came across the translation and scans from Taylor Lautner’s recent interview with Vanidades magazine. I don’t always read the entirety of all cast interviews, but there’s just something irresiTaylor Lautnerstible about Taylor. He represents himself so well in interviews in print and on screen. My friends and I agree (plus millions of females across the globe) that he has the total package. He’s sort of beautiful, he’s smart, he’s athletic, he’s well-spoken and very driven, yet grounded. Oh, and did I mention his amazing abs! I’m not normally one to swoon over someone just over half my age, but from the first time I saw New Moon, I started to waver from being solidly Team Edward. Taylor gave a very convincing performance and made me feel for Jacob in a way I never felt when reading the book.
The interview was pretty standard with questions about how he handles the paparazzi and what drives his success. Some highlights are in mentioning some disappointment with Eclipse and the scenes “when the best stuff happens” as he says that he’s in wolf form, but what made up for it were his kissing scenes with Kristen. Taylor says, “At least I got to kiss Kristen for the first time ever. That was the best. She’s a great kisser.” Hmm…didn’t we just hear from Christina Ricci about Rob’s great kissing skills?
In answering how he manaTaylor Lautner July GQges to keep his muscles, he discusses what he misses. “Sometimes I wish I could eat some ice cream,” he says, “and I do cheat, but when I have filming of a photo shoot coming up, I need to be strong to stay in shape.” Oh the price of fame in Hollywood. Maybe if I had movie deals and photo shoots on the line, it wouldn’t be so hard to resist the call of the cookies and cream in the freezer. At any rate, we do have something in common!
What Taylor will most miss when the Twilight Saga movies are done and the last lights on the set go dim are his short shorts. He laughs as he says, “I’ll miss them so much.” So will we, so will we.
In my opinion, if Taylor plays his cards right, he’s on his way to becoming a megastar. He’s proven he’s a serious actor and will do what it takes for a role, be it gaining 30 pounds of muscle for New Moon or in speaking of future projects he says, “If I need to be shirtless or if I need to lose 33 lbs, I’ll do it.”
Time will tell as we get to see him in upcoming movies like Abduction and Stretch Armstrong. I personally think it will be interesting to see how he handles his new roles in Breaking Dawn as new pack leader and then his relationship with Renesmee. I think the latter will prove most challenging. I’m still trying to imagine it, but I have total confidence that he’ll do an amazing job bringing Jacob Black to life on screen again. I can’t wait!

Rathbone Descendant of Sherlock Holmes Portrayer

Jackson Rathbone has more then just the acting chops to portray luscious bloodsucker Jasper Hale, he has the Big Screen in his blood. Basil Rathbone is best known for his role as Sherlock Holmes. Basil, who died in 1967, was also an accomplished swordsman. One famous scene in the classic, The Adventures of Robin Hood, with fellow legendary actor Errol Flynn, showcased his swordsman abilities. Jackson is proud of his legendary relative and has said;

"I have a close bloodline to Basil Rathbone, who is my grandfather's third cousin several times removed. I don't like to talk about how many times removed."

Breaking Dawn Anticipation

I am so anticipating the Breaking Dawn Movies. At the same time, I am apprehensive about them as well. My biggest worry is that the movies will not protray the books as well. I am so afraid that it will come across as chessy, as was the case with another certain vampire series from years ago, Queen of the damed. The book was phenominal, the movie, cheesy as hell! I am hoping with todays technology, the special effects that need to be AWESOME, will come across as realistic and not fake. In my opinion Breaking Dawn the BEST of the Twilight Saga!

Kristen #10 on Forbes Highest Paid

The Twilight Saga has done more than skyrocket Kristen Stewarts career. It has made her one of the highest paid actress in Forbes Magazine. She sits pretty at #10 on the list, barely trailing behind the likes of Sandy Bullock and Jen Aniston. Not only is she one of the highest paid, with an estimated $12 million, but at the tender age of 20, she is also the youngest on the list.

Happy Anniversary Edward & Bella!

Today has been full of great Twilight goodness but we cannot forget that today is the day that Edward and Bella say I do. On August 13, 2006 Edward finally makes Bella his blushing bride.

Seriously the wedding was one of my favorite parts of the book...he finally gets his wedding and makes her his forever. C'mon ladies, how many of you would have made him endure as much torture as Bella did? Who am I kidding? I probably would have asked him before he could ask me ha ha :)

Maybe they (Kstew & Rpattz) are out there celebrating vampire style :) hehe *wink wink*
